Accessibility

Last updated: September 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Scrutin, including people who use assistive technology or who browse differently. This statement covers scrutinn.com.

1. Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We check new pages and features against those guidelines as we build them.

2. What the site supports

  • Every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, and shows a visible outline when focused.
  • Controls have labels that screen readers announce, including the expandable questions.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are replaced with simple fades and scrolling jumps straight to where you're going.
  • Text scales with your browser's zoom.
  • Text meets the WCAG AA contrast ratio against the page background, including secondary labels.

3. Known limitations

The sample wallet report uses small comparison bars as decoration; the same figures are written out as text beside them. If you find anything that gets in your way, we'd like to know.

4. Report a barrier

If something on the site doesn't work for you, email scrutinn@gmail.com and tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We'll reply, and if we can't fix it quickly we'll help you get the information another way.
